Wholesale Buyer/Account Manager City of London, England

As well as a leader in the provision of international calling cards, my client route millions of minutes of telecoms traffic globally each day through their own Network. They are currently recruiting for a wholesale Buyer/Account Manager to join the European Retail Team based in London. Responsibilities will be divided between; Buying wholesale voice minutes from carriers throughout Europe. This involves; - obtaining price proposals from potential suppliers - negotiating prices - cost benefit analysis, looking at traffic trends& financial - liaising with commercial teams to understand specific requirements. And; Account management of over 40 access number suppliers. This involves; - capacity management - negotiating fares - reviewing invoices The ideal candidate will have worked within the telecoms retail market and have experience in purchasing.
