Recruitment Consultant - Sales Consultant - Business Development, Account Management, Professional Services, IT, Programme & Project Management - to work for an international recruitment organisation in Bristol specialising in Programme & Project Management, IT & Business Change with leading organisations - service providers / suppliers and end users - globally. We are looking for Graduates with 12 months + experience, or experienced sales / recruitment consultants. The successful candidate will either have previous Recruitment Consultancy experience, or Sales Rep/Exec experience (looking for a change and/or move into Recruitment) with a good work ethic, passion to learn, work with leading organisations, build, develop and maintain relationships and deliver to expectations. The company is rapidly expanding. Freedom to express your abilities and skills learnt (professional, sales, recruitment, personal, academic) is actively encouraged. You will need to demonstrate a; good and flexible approach; good work ethic; a good telephone manner; switched on and articulate / ambitious nature; successful academic or sales, or recruitment track record; ideal would be a good understanding of formal recruitment methods, and / or IT, and / or Programme & Project Management. Good, honest and intelligent personalities to fit into the existing team, with an ability and willingness to learn. The team is strong, well established, welcoming, and helpful. You will gain training and development in recruitment, sales, programme & project management and IT, working with some of the worlds leading banks, consultancies & professional services organisations, software product companies, retailers, telecoms companies, but the types of industries you chose to operate in will be largely up to yourself.
