Products & Services Business Development Manager Mozambique

My client, a mobile telco operator in Mozambique, is looking for a Products & Services Business Development Manager for a 12 month contract paying US$8-10k per month tax free plus housing, transport, flights, medical and visa. Key Performance areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Organize and manage the Business Development Department. Continuously assessing the market and based on identified needs and trends in the market propose new product and services to add to the product portfolio. Making comprehensive Business Plans for each proposed new service which include detailed Revenue and Cost budgets. Timely and efficient delivery of new service and products into the market, Ensure that company builds Internal Business development skills. Provide input to the Technical Department for the Development of a long term technology road map. Qualifications - Proven success in Business Development in a Mobile operator environment. Extensive Project Management Experience. Excellent analytical skills. BSc Marketing studies or equivalent experience (MSc Marketing Management or MBA Marketing or equivalent preferred). Speak and write English fluently. The position reports to the COO. The BD manager will work closely together with the Commercial, Technical and IT departments.
