- Executing the project or subproject according to agreed scope and contractual commitment against project budget.
- Responsibility for preparing, planning, executing and closing the project or sub project level (region, zone)
- Day-to-day operative project (roll-out) planning with Rollout Management tool (Rollo), monitoring and reporting, i.e. project (roll-out) schedules, progress, costs and resources.
- Ensure implementation of Delivery Packages and final site acceptance
- Plan and communicate accurate rollout demand figures for CAT demand planning (equipments & resources).
- Ensure that all project (roll-out) targets are met e.g. progress, quality and cost by using global tools, interfaces and standard site process milestones.
- Lead and monitor the project/sub project team including partner/subcontractors. Scope Management, Cost Management, Quality Management, Resource Management, Communication Management, Risk Management and Procurement Management.
