- Know 3G SGSN, GGSN, TA, FW, BG, CG and Cisco IP BB.
- Trouble shooting skills, able to collect logs and analyse them.
- MVI with other vendors and interworking with current 2G NEs.
- Emergency support and standby.
- Good knowledge of IP - MPLS.
- Have experience in commissioning and integration.
- Know the IPSO platform well, hw etc.
- Can install CDs and upgrades.
- Able to come up with testcases.
- Preventative Maintenance know how.
- Can work under pressure and make presentations plus write reports.
- Can do knowledge transfer to junior engineers and to the customer. Know how to explain issues to the customer.
- Familiar with MMS, Radius, Streaming, internet browsing etc applications.
- Have HSDPA experience.
- Have experience with 3G services
