Responsibilities:
Technical and site solution content support to SE Product Management for project tender and preparation.
Support project preparation works as part of start up team. Make sure sales item mode is used.
Support PM in preparing Quality Plan & preparation of e-Tracker quality module.
Give SE input to project prep. Support start-up team in customising client solutions and client tools.
Supports PD/SPM/PM to prepare / update Roll-out schedule.
Work with Country and Country Group S.E. Management to review rollout and technical competence of SE team. Assist SE
Management to set up training and competence development activities.
Following up the time schedules and checking if the work is executed according to plan and escalations to project management as needed.
Providing installation status reports regularly to project management.
Reporting to project management of foreseeable problems/all deviations from the original planning, i.e. Extra works, delays, cancellations, etc.
Support SE Product Management and SE site materials management in procurement of services and installation materials from partners.
Make sure sub-contractor uses client tools correctly in co-operation with PaM.
Use client software tools, interfaces and processes e.g. e-Tracker and traceability process. Ensure sub-con uses correctly.
Make sure site Implementation is done properly by sub-contractor. Report to PM / PaM.
Work with PM / PaM to review rollout and technical competence of partners and suppliers. If needed support rollout training for partners together with PaM.
Regular contact with the counterparts (service suppliers/Customers) to discuss planning.
Definition of site-specific documentation, share of responsibilities and site acceptance process.
Implement Project Quality Plan and e-Tracker quality module for site work.
Ensure proper process implemented for checking site congurations for logistics ordering process.
Update and checking the content in project tools being in use as needed (E-PM).
Support project for site equipment delivery completeness and timescales according to client processes.
Support with any problem solving for implementation issues on site.
Make sure site quality assessment is done according to project quality process and reporting requirements.
Acts on changes in Project requirements or specifications.
