A GIANT ISP is currently recruiting for 2 Systems Analysts to work in London. You will have come from an ISP background and have experience of working in a fast paced high pressured environment. This is a fantastic opportunity with career development and training. Your core responsibilities are: Support the other members of the SD Department Gather information from the business and provide detailed analysis of the gaps, impacts, risks, issues along with recommendations for improvement To be able to document incidents and problems, identify the root cause and recommend system improvements to prevent re-occurrence Act as a body of knowledge and centre of excellence for the Technology group on the systems, applications and the processes on which critical business services are supported Analysis of the root causes of incidents escalated by SDM and/or the TMC and the successful delivery of problem management Execution of formal service reviews - whether as a result of a problem, or on a proactive planned basis. Analysis of operational processes and recommendations for improvement thereof To transfer knowledge back to Projects & Programmes, Operations, SDM's and the various business towers of the underlying systems and their interactions when required This is an excellent opportunity to work for a top rate ISP and progress your career rapidly.
