Duties and Responsibilities: - To develop and implement service strategies and objectives, conducting regular staff dialogues. - Ensuring staff development, coaching and training. - Help desk absence and leave approval along with organising staff meetings. - Implement/ monitor operational procedures whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory, health and safety and quality standards. - Ensure adequate resources to handle daily volume of customer/staff/internal calls. - Monitor out of hours calls from pageboy. - Escalate issues encountered on a day to day basis. - Oversee maintenance of new contracts data base and follow up with customers on outstanding service quotations *Service Controlling *Resource Planning *Internal Liaison *Customer Care *Future Development For further information about this role please contact ANGELA BYRNE at the Allegis Group on 01 8794821 or email on abyrne@allegisgroup.ie The Allegis Group is an employment business and agency.
