 Windows Operations Specialist
Working for my client a major International Telco you will be responsible for the operation of a remarkable number of Windows systems (400+) providing various standard and business critical services to internal and external customers.

Your main tasks will include operation and monitoring Windows OS (2003/2000);
1st and 2nd level incident management, close cooperation with engineers & vendors in case of 3rd level support escalation; change & problem management.

Successful candidates should come from a strong technical background of working with Microsoft core services (AD, DNS, DHCP) and Windows OS. In addition knowledge of Exchange, IIS, IT Security models, Citrix, VMWare and SAN will all be an advantage. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a large-scale, cutting edge, Telecoms environment. Fluent English & German essential.
