A huge and exciting online gaming company is currently recruiting for a Customer Experience Manager. The purpose of this role is to assist the Head of E-Commerce to ensure that the end to end customer experience is intuitive, functional and attractive to the customer. This is a thrilling and challenging role based in London in a fast paced and fun environment. The main responsibilities for the role are: "Assist the Head of E-Commerce with the definition of scope and making recommendations on changes to the website. "Liaise with the Head of Customer Strategy, Product Heads, Marketing and Customer Services to ensure direction, based on the identified strategic themes balanced against operational feasibility and product consistency. "Define scope on specified projects an provide the Head of E-Commerce justification for undertaking projects "Gain sign off on specified projects in the pre-production environment for approval by the Head of E-Commerce into the Production environment "Run specified projects with different business stakeholders to ensure that overall project deadlines are met. "Assist the Head of E-Commerce in working with third party suppliers to perform usability studies "Analyse web analytics to make recommendation on web site enhancements This excellent opportunity is for an individual with an extremely strong working background in the .COM / E- commerce industry and if you are from an online betting company this is highly advantageous.
