International telecommunications manufacturer requires a Program Manager to work within the customer care area. You will manage varying projects and be responsible for budget, timescales and project plans. Candidates will come from a Program management background possessing at least 4 years experience. A customer focused background is also desired with good service management skills. Telecommunications experience and knowledge particularly surrounding Value Added Services (VAS) would be an advantage.
