Test & Reporting Analyst - ISP - Permanent - London Career development is a certainanty with possibly the UK's most prestigous ISP. They require a Test and Reporting Analyst who will be a key part of the Systems Management team, testing and reporting on all systems and data to assure stable code and configuration releases as well as assisting the whole Software Development team to provide better quality to the business. The objectives of this role are: 1. Support the other members of the Service Delivery Team with quality assurance issues and critical reporting requirements 2. Assist with high-level complaints, call centre issues and investigate to identify failures 3. Take ownership of any software enhancements, bug fixes and configuration releases and test fully 4. Work with the Development group to ensure that issues with testing and quality are addressed and the correct testing and deployment methodologies are upheld.
