Working for my client a major International Telecommuncaitions company you will provide 1st and 2nd level support; identify problems and ensure solutions are delivered; creation of tools; implementation of new products and promotions and assisting with functional testing of new system releases, inclusive of script development and testing. successful candidates should have an excellent technical knowledge of Unix and Oracle ideally within a Telecoms environment. In addition knowledge of Amdocs Clarify, Middleware (Tuexedo, Vitria, XIP) and Java would all be an advantage.
