Country Flag Customer Service Respresentative Nieuwegein

Major international telecoms manufacturer requires a customer service representative to be the first point of escalation for a number of large customers.

Your role will cover the following:
Configuration management, Incident Management, SLA Monitoring and Organizational support. Candidates must come from a support background with 3 years experience in a Telco environment. Experience in a Unix/Linux environment is also essential as well as excellent incident management skills. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast paced environment with the latest technologies.
