RBP Solution Analystm

My client a market leading Telco requires an experience RBP Solution Analyst for their offices located in the Netherlands .
The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for system and architectural analysis, software development, testing, operational 3rd line support on systems, mediation and provisioning.
Candidates must have at least 5 years software development or analysis experience and a technical knowledge of:
Billing, Middleware, Oracle, Unix, PL/SQL, .NET, SQL and GSM/GPRS. English language skills are required.
