My client a global telecoms and broadband provider requires a senior Operation Services Manager to improve the coordination of Change & Release Management with Incident Coordination.

Candidates must have at least 3 years Service Management experience, have excellent knowledge of IT Infrastructures and preferably come from a solid Telco background.
