Our Client is the world's leading provider of Internet messaging and directory software with sales offices and development centres in the US, Europe and Asia. This Company develops products at the leading edge of Internet technology, but also train, support and supply product to customer base in Europe, Africa and Asia.
Our Client is currently looking for Principle Engineer to join their existing team. This is an excellent permanent opportunity for Principle Engineer to showcase potential and progress career in great environment.
Responsibilities
-Architecture and tools selection
-Design and implement parts of the client
-Liaise with 3rd party developers
-Maintenance of high quality programming standards, performance of developer module testing and performance of integrated bundle testing.
-Work with the Quality Assurance and Technical Writing teams during product release cycles.
Essential
-Degree calibre in either Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent).
-Highly competent in software development and sustaining.
-Proven track record of working on mobile applications development.
Essential Technical skills
-Expert level in J2ME APIs and JSRs
-Good understanding of Mobile device constraints
-Knowledge of mobile technology trends
-Proven track of development on mobile handsets: tools, tests environment, simulators, live networks testing...
Desirable
-Working knowledge of agile development methodologies
Unix and C skills
