Our client -Leading supplier of customer interaction management solutions is currently looking for AVAYA Internal Voice On-site Engineer to join their Unified Communications Team. This is excellent opportunity to showcase your talent and progress your career with a fantastic organisation
Role description:
As a On-site Support Engineer you will be responsible for:
1.Support of employee Moves, Adds and Changes for all European offices
2.Primary point of resolution for all European Avaya voice systems and adjuncts (voicemail, call recording etc.) Monday through Friday (excluding local holidays)
3.After hours support of department relocations
4.Support of daily trouble-tickets for all European countries Monday through Friday.
5.Physical installation of equipment (as and when requested).
6.Additions of new call center agents and changes to existing call center agents.
7.Support of all contact centre adjuncts (NICE, IC, AES, CMS) and any future adjuncts that will be added Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
Ticket processing
Daily update of Moves, Adds and Changes activity.
Completion of trouble-tickets filed to the telecom queue
Weekly reports of tickets completed and breakdown of tasks
The ideal candidate will possess:
Proven track record in a similar role,
Previous experience with AVAYA platform administration,
Minimum of AVAYA ACA Certification,
Professional attitude,
Excellent communication skills
