My client is a supplier of telecoms services to commercial clients specializing in:

·         PABX Telephone Systems

·         VoIP

·         Non Geographic Numbers

·         Carrier Pre Select / Least Cost Routing

·         Mobile Telecommunications

·         ADSL Broadband

Due to continual expansion and success, we are now looking to recruit a Customer Services Executive / Administrator to join our busy telecommunication operations team.

Duties will include dealing with customer services / helpdesk calls and correspondence in an efficient and professional manner, ensuring any telecoms engineering work adheres to set SLA’s.

Interested candidates will come from an office based, business to business customer services background. Telecoms experience beneficial but not essential.

Annual salary up to £15,000 depending on experience with excellent benefits, fun working environment and a friendly team ethos.
