Genesys Support United Arab Emirates

An Industry leading Telecoms vendor is looking to grow the team in U.A.E. and are looking for dynamic experts in the call centre arena to join their professional services team. The ideal candidate will require 3-5 years experience in Genesys IVR system and preferably certified to the latest release 7.2. The role is to provide on-site and remote technical assistance to the local and regional business partners of our client. Ideal candidates have to be willing to travel.
