Qualifications:

-          Has at least 2 years experience as a Network manager
-          Work experience must be in the field of cellular, especially 3G/HSDPA network which has an ISP core network component
-          Must be able to demonstrate proven track record in managing roll-out of cellular network with work scope of overall project management including aspects such as site selections, equipment installation/integration/commissioning/optimization of the radio access and transmission networks
-          Must have proven experience in O&M of cellular networks, especially 3G/HSDPA network
-          Well versed in written and verbal English
