Responsibilities :
- Provide first line & second line maintenance (technical support) for the NSS (Switching Core) equipments during the Project and Network Operations Phase.
- Give On-the-job training to other CS Core Engineer colleagues.
- Correct NSS faults and performance degradations in the managed network
- Responsible to be involved in the development and implementation of O&M processes
- Responsible for co-operating with the technical support of 3rd party equipment
- Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of all circuit core switching equipments
- Will be involved in software upgrades and correction updates to switching elements
- Carries out installation and/or commissioning and/or integration of NSN CS CORE Release 4 3G Rel.4 CS CORE activities (MSS/MGW/CDS/TCP-IP).
- On-site support at customers premises where participates network operation service (NOS), where applicable. Planning and running a subproject, limited scope.
- Responsible to be involved in the development and implementation of O&M processes
- Responsible for co-operating with the technical support of 3rd party equipment
Requirements:
- Capable to do scratch install of MSS/MGW/CDS software
- Network expansion activities. SW maintenance activities such as installation & test of technical/change notes /change deliveries.
- Capability to provide first line & second line maintenance (technical support) for the NSS (Switching Core) equipments during the Network Operations Phase.
