Our Client has a comprehensive product range that encompasses online reporting and analysis solutions for the both the wireline and wireless Telco market. Their customers include some of the largest telecoms operators in the world including Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. We are recruiting a SOLUTION ARCHITECT/SALES ENGINEER to support the sales process into the telecoms market.
The Solution Architect will provide technical support in the sales process and must be comfortable presenting web based, billing applications and specialised application engineering concepts. This individual will support customer product demos, requirements definition, and formulation of customer specific application configurations and create the translation specifications for the conversion of customer billing data into a product specific instance.
We are keen to speak to candidates who can demonstrate the following:
Bachelor's degree and/or relevant work experience
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong analysis skills
Telecommunications billing data experience
Data Modelling
RDBMS (SQL Server / Oracle Database) concepts
Relevant work experience with a focus on telecommunication billing system functionality such as Atlas, ICMS, Amdocs etc. and/or data mediation, software application architecture design and configuration and/or e-commerce
