You will be joining an extremely successful IT Team working on middle and senior executive roles with an unrivalled commission scheme that will give you the rewards you deserve! Your responsibility will be to identify talent and generate candidates via internet tools, job boards, and headhunting. With a strong management team, clear support, great training and an extensive database of candidates supplemented with access to all the major job boards we give you all the tools necessary to be successful. Of graduate level, you need to demonstrate drive and success in your current recruitment resourcing role as well as possess a proven aptitude to succeed in a similar challenging target driven environment.
