Country Flag Retention Performance Manager - Mobile, call centre South East, England

A leading mobile operator urgently requires an experienced Retention Performance Manager with a Retail or Customer Operations background. You will lead a virtual team and manage a multi £million budget with the aim of driving the performance of the retention team.
