Sales Commission, rewards and Incentives Manager

My client is a cutting edge pan-European service provider with global aspirations, currently looking for a Sales Commission, rewards and Incentives Manager to propel their organisation forward. You will be responsible for working very closely with sales teams, Finance and HR, designing, planning and implementing robust and compelling Commission schemes for all sales divisions across the UK. This is a unique new role with potential to progress and develop for those who have the drive and passion to succeed. Occasional overseas travel will be required. Please do send me a copy of your CV or call for a informal chat if you have demonstrable experience of the following; - You must have worked closely with Sales - Previous experience in a similar role. - Proven experience of designing and implementing sales incentive/ commissioning plans - Writing and maintaining processes and procedures. - Excellent communication skills - another European language would be desirable.
