Role: Senior Design Engineer

Location: Fleet, Hampshire

This role is to work for a major player in the mobile telecoms area to work as part of a motivated R&D design team focused on the mechanical design of components for mobile phone handsets, ensuring the designs can be manufactured to extremely high quality specifications.

To work as part of the team you will work from initial concepts, driving them through design into prototyping and into production.

Previous experience of handset design is useful but not essential. More important is experience in designing small components, the ability to take ideas and turn them into reality, together with the ability to prioritise your own workload to meet the teams milestones and goals.

With solid design skills using Catia v5 or SDRC Ideas v10, you are likely to be degree qualified or have equivalent work experience.
